TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1 All prices are in Philippine Peso.
2 This offer is valid for thirty (30) days upon reciept hereof.
3 Delivery lead time of 12 to 16 weeks upon receipt of PO and down payment.
In the event that the Seller fails to deliver as per the terms of this Purchase Order, except for reasons
beyond our control or force majeure, the Buyer may claim for damages for additional costs, expenses or
losses incurred for the Seller’s failure to comply with its obligation.
4 Free delivery within Metro Manila
5 Full of 50% down payment shall be retained upon cancellation of order if the cancellation by the buyer is
not due to the fault of the Seller.
6 1 year standard warranty, parts, labor, and return shipping. All defective parts shall be replaced within the
warranty period if it is determined that the cause of failure was not due to equipment abuse, misuse, or
other failure resulting from force majeure.
a) The warranty covers all deficiencies referring to workmanship and materials.
b) The repair and/or substitution of damaged parts and/or components will be done at the Bicamo
facilities or replaced on-site by the accredited personnel of Bicamo.
7 This offer is subject for reservation for force majeure namely, earthquake, typhoon, lightning surge and
other circumstances beyond our control which may prevent or injure its performance. In this case, warranty
will be void. The Buyer must ensure that the power source is stable and clean with proper grounding
and protection.
WARRANTIES - AFTER-SALES SERVICES
1 Our goods are warranted by our company. Standard warranty on RVR products: 1 year except mosfet
modules, tubes, final stage cards, and transistors.
2 The warranty accorded can vary as for its mode and its duration according to the products. It only covers
the manufacturing defects. No exchange of device can be required at its title.
3 No after sales service can be rendered if the customer has not first filled out an RMA request whether the
product is under warranty or not.
4 Re-dispatching charges (transport, insurance, customs, and possibly local taxes) are at the expense of
Bicamo.
5 After the warranty period, the customer shall have warranty of 2 months for repaired materials and
equipment.
6 Under no circumstances will Bicamo be considered responsible for property damage or personal injury,
of any nature, that will be the direct or indirect consequence of an abnormal installation, adaptation, use or
the intervention of a person non-authorized by us or by the manufacturer.
7 Any claim must be addressed to us within 24 hours after the signing of the Certificate of Completion.
Thereafter, such acceptance will be considered as full and unconditional.
