This research, that was conducted out at the Coastal Lake Sias Environment 2, Kelurahan Rianiate, South

Tapanuli Selatan, aims to identify the subsurface layer of soil on the coast of Siais Lake using the
geoelectric method Schlumberger configuration, exemplify how to create 2D cross-sectional contours
using Res2DinV software, and analyse BMKG climatological data that can be connected to subsurface
field data. Results indicate that the resistivity value in the first pass of four methods, with of 155 meters
in length, is 133 meters at 3389 meters, 140 meters at 2768 meters, and 705 meters at 4358 meters.
Alluvium soil, clay, and sandstone are the three results of the three trajectories. Software Res2DinV
processes interpretation findings to produce 2D cross-sections. The data relationship as addressed. As
per BMKG data, rainfall totals has decreased from the last five years from 3744 mm - 3534 mm, annual
humidity has decreased from 0.01762% - 0.01762 %, and annual air temperature has decreased from
0.0927 0C. Using the results, this reduces the subsurface's resistivity value.
