After Receving the Product Road Map, BA will work on to deliver:
BRS
(Business Requirement Specification)
In the BRS process, Our Business Analysts
begin by identifying and consulting with
stakeholders to collect and consolidate all
necessary business requirements. They
prioritize these requirements based on
business value and urgency, establish the
project's scope, and assess the current
business environment to understand the
impact of changes. Our BA then documents
and analyzes the requirements to ensure they
align with business goals and objectives,
culminating in a cost-benefit analysis to
determine feasibility. Finally, the BRS is
presented for stakeholder review and approval
to move forward.
SRS
(Software Requirements Specification)
The SRS phase is where our Business Analyst
translates the business requirements into
detailed technical specifications. They
meticulously define the functional and non-
functional requirements, ensuring the system's
intended capabilities are clearly communicated.
Data models are created to represent
information flows and structures. Our BA
collaborates closely with technical teams to
validate these requirements, ensuring they are
realistic and actionable. Once all requirements
are approved by the stakeholders, they are
finalized in the SRS document.

In BPMN, our Business Analyst utilizes the
