period of 2 years – Work Order – Issued – Reg.

As per your Quotation Dated: 24.3.2021 is accepted for hiring of professional services for
Registration and filling of GST returns on monthly basis for a period of 2 years from the date of
commencement. The charges per month are as follows

*Nill return – Rs. 500/-

*Return with Data Rs. 1000/-

And the rest of the terms and conditions are as follows

1. Registration of GST, TDS as Tax Deductor.

2. Filling of Form GST returns on Monthly basis.
3. Return will be submitted within two working days of the information submitted.
4. Vendor upon receiving the insufficient information if any will revert back within the
same day or next working day.
5. The above charges per monthly excluding GST.

Hence, you are requested to attend this office immediately along with necessary documents
as required.
