Store engagement presentation

Areas of strenght:
• Results show that staff know what they do, and how hard they work. They don't feel
appreciated by company.
• There is no need to walk behind them all the time and check their performance. Most of
them know how to do things, those who don't - know who they should ask.
• Results show, that according to employees enough has been done for customers (great
place to shop), now it it time to do something for staff.
Areas of improvement:
• Results should be in canteen, as well as action plan and the timeframe.
• Employees need to know how they previous engagement improved their job. 4 weeks rota,
Aldi app, Assistance program.
• Let staff propose their own rota - manager then can work around it.
• Allow swaps without restrictions, once there is no breaches, and ASM approves.
• Plan in canteen for weekends off.
Promote engagement:
• There should be suggestion box placed in the canteen, where employees can have their say,
can give ideas.
• Encourage managers to talk to the staff more.
