How to change time schedules and add days
to the diary.

1 Navigate to https://tridium-cambschn4.tesg.co.uk.
Login with your username!

2 Click timer icon on either the dashboard or on each page.

Tip! Use the 'Special Events' to manage your heating/hot water system so you
don't need to keep changing the normal time schedule.

3 To change the 'normal' days, simply drag the green box to the new times.

Or you can type in the times in the boxes below. Make sure you select the day you
4 would like to change.

5 Or if you needed to copy the same times for the rest of the week... Right-click here.

6 Click "Apply M-F"

 Now, if we needed to turn off the system for the holidays, you can add all these
7 dates into the diary feature . Click "Special Events"

8 Click the + icon.

9 Enter a suitable name for this special event.

Click this dropdown and select the appropriate category. For this example we will
10 select 'date range'.

11 Click on the calendar icon.

12 Find the date you require the 'special event' to start.

13 Click on the second calendar icon.

14 Find the date you require the 'special event' to finish.

15 Click "OK"

Click here and drag down to bring a coloured box that fills all the white (if
16 you need the system to be off all day)

 Tip! This is where, if you had extended hours, you would fill in the appropriate
time range.

17 Click "Occupied".. this will turn the box red to "Un-Occupied"

 18 Click the save icon when you have finished.

19 Remember you can also do this for the hot water too.
