Your must enter the test room 10 minutes BEFORE the commencement of each segment of the test. You will NOT be permitted into the test room after the segment begins.

On the day of the test, you MUST bring along the following items Your identity card (NRIC) or Passport (without NRIC or Passport, you would not be allowed to sit for the test) Your test voucher 2B pencils and a good eraser Latecomers All examinees must be at their seat 10 minutes before the commencement of each segment of the test. If you arrive 10 minutes after the commencement of a particular segment of the test, you will NOT be permitted to sit for that particular segment. No latecomers will be allowed to sit for the Listening test once the tape for this segment begins. Rules to be observed while inside the compound of the test site Mobile phones and pagers must be switched off at all times. Keep your voice level to its minimum. DO NOT loiter around the corridors while the exam is in progress. Observe strictly all signs posted around the test site and follow the instructions of the proctors/invigilators closely. Leave the test site immediately after your test is over and as quietly as possible. Your family members, teachers and friends are NOT allowed to wait near the examination rooms or halls. Results and Certificates You will be notified of your result of the test 2 to 3 months after the date of the sitting. Test results will be delivered to the mailing address provided in your application. Should there by any changes in your address, you MUST inform the test administrator immediately. If you have passed the test, your certificate will be sent to you by Registered Mail. If there is any error in your certificate or result slip, you should notify the Test Administrator within 2 months after you received your test results. After which, no request or complaint pertaining to this matter will be entertained. Contact the respective Test Administrator if you have not received your results. ALL UNCLAIMED CERTIFICATES AND RESULT SLIPS WILL EITHER BE DESTROYED OR SENT BACK TO JAPAN.
