10 Write an e-mail/a letter of complaint.

You have been on holiday in Turkey with your parents.
The holiday was a total disaster. Now you want to H O W TO W R I T E A L E T T E R /
complain about it. AN E-MAIL OF COMPLAINT
Write an e-mail to the company that offered the trip. – Be polite.
Complain about these things: – Use formal language.
– Suggest a solution to the company.
- the flight – Don’t forget a nice beginning and ending.
- the accommodation
- the food
- the staff at the hotel

Write about 100 – 120 words.
