Overview
 Currently 7 active entities and 1 not yet active entity:
Guyana:
o Frank's International Guyana, Inc. (1501). Monthly revenue of ca. $4.1m a month.
o Expro North Sea Ltd - Guyana branch (6130). Not yet active
o Operations are mainly related to well testing, well construction, well flow
management, and cementing.

Trinidad:
o Frank's International Trinidad Unlimited (1500). Monthly revenue of ca. $0.6m a
month.
o Expro Trinidad Ltd (6060). Monthly revenue of ca. $0.2m a month.
o Operations are mainly related to well testing, well construction, well flow
management, cementing and product sales.

Mexico:
o Expro Tool S de RL de CV (6031). Monthly revenue of ca. $2.7m a month.
o FI Mexico S de RL de CV (6203). Monthly revenue of ca. $1.2m a month.
o Blackhawk Specialty Tools de Mexico, S. de R.L. de C.V. (6207). Monthly revenue
of ca. $0.8m a month. To be merged to company code 6031 between Q2-Q3.
o Expro Servicios S de RL de CV (6126). Monthly revenue of ca. $0.2m a month. To
be merged to company code 6031 between Q2-Q3.
o Operations are mainly related to well testing, well construction, well flow
management, and cementing.
 Current team consists of:

o Evangelina Gonzalez – Accountant Analyst 1 (México)

 These entities are currently in SAP and uses FFx and ETM.
 In Mexico should use ETM, but they are not using it currently, so the Auditor opened a
finding about this, and the commitment is to start using it.
 They use a local software for statutory purposes and have an outsourcing team dedicated
to it.
 In Mexico the invoicing is managed locally.
 Exxon (private entity) represents 90% of the Guyana’s revenue.
 The entities have some open items in the GL accounts with aging from Frank’s entities
pending cleaning. They expect to clean before November 2023.

 SSO will send the list of activities of the countries from CG1 to Hong. 26-Apr-2023
 SSO will receive from the Country Controllers the list of activities 17-May-2023
updated for each location.
