Preparation Method :
Manda:- 1 part rice : 14 parts of water ( Heat upto rice

Peya:- 1 part rice : 14 parts of water (Heat upto rice

Vilepi:- 1 part rice : 6 parts of water ( Heat upto rice
becomes soft)
Yusha :- 1 Part Green Gram boiled in 4 Parts Water and
reduced to half
Kruta Yusha :- 1 Part Green Gram boiled in 4 Parts Water
and Reduced to Half and fried in til oil with pepper and
salt.
MID-MORNING
Fruit/Green juice / Coconut water
