Be Educated

Have you ever been a victim of bullying? Or are you the one
bullying other people?
Let’s be mindful and make the time to educate ourselves on the
different kinds of bullying. Stop the bullying and Let’s be all aware
of how our actions may affect others’ mental health. Develop the
sense of cooperation in our community.

Some bullies lack an understanding of common social feelings


like depression, guilt, empathy, or compassion. Talking to
someone might be a wonderful way to release the worries and
frustrations that can build up. Find someone who can listen with
your stories, such as your family, friends, teachers, and other peers.

Being a parents of a child that is part of Generation Z, educate


them the knowledge they deserve, and restrict their social
connections that can cause discouragement and mental health
issues because in this generation millennials are more likely to be
adopted by the internet that can cause cyberbullying.

As we get older, we faced a variety of challenges in life,


including bullying, and depression that can make our emotions
stronger. However, having knowledge of these challenges can help
us improve our minds and spiritual beliefs, help ourself to become
productive and independent to prevent negatively that impact our
lives.
