kingdom from the greed and envy of men. The fairy has love and redemption that challenge the
conventional notions of good and evil.

Maleficent is a visually stunning reinterpretation of the classic sleeping beauty tale, offering
a fresh perspective on the iconic villain. There are two young individuals whose hearts coincide
in a world where the realms of fairies and humans collide. However, as they grew older, they
drifted apart. One became the forest kingdom's protector, while the other leads his desire for the
crown. Stefan, in order to satisfy the king's wish, stole the wings of maleficent. His love for
Maleficent was exchange with greediness and desires a man could ever wish. After his betrayal,
he was crowned as the king. I love how the cinematic effect showed Maleficent's madness and
emptiness by making the kingdom forest dark because from that day on, Maleficent was eager to
take her wings back and seek revenge. When the king and queen had a child, Maleficent went
through the castle and bestowed to Princess Aurora. The blessing, on the other hand, is a curse
that no power on earth could break. She curses the princes to fall into a deep sleep on her 16th
birthday, only to be awakened by true love's kiss. King Stefan, Aurora's father, takes extreme
measures to protect her, including destroying all the spinning wheels in the kingdom and sending
Aurora to live with fairies. However, this was all useless because as Aurora grows up, Maleficent
has grown attached to her and attempts to revoke the curse but is unsuccessful, she herself was
guilty of giving a precious child a curse that no one could break. Later on, Aurora discovered that
she was cursed and it was Maleficent who did it. Maleficent searched for Prince Philip, whom
Aurora met in the forest in attempt to break the curse by kissing Aurora. However, Prince Philip
and Aurora haven't got into a deep relationship since they only met once, and failed to awaken
her. Maleficent, out of her love and regression, came to see the princess and kissed her on the
forehead; the princess awoke unexpectedly, on this scene, I have realized that you don't need a
guy or a prince in order to satisfy a "true love's kiss" because as we grew up, we subjectify the
meaning of it for a man's kiss. Maleficent showed that any genuine kind of love is worthy of
expressing, a mother's love, indeed. King Stefan, without worrying about her daughter, wants to
avenge on Maleficent. He used Iron materials because Maleficent could burn in it. As soon as
Maleficent's wings come back, she made it out the kingdom saving herself with her wings while
King Stefan, fall into the high of the castle. The king's "dead" seem to be the key of reunited
kingdom where Aurora is now the queen.

Overall, the movie is magnificent. The plot, the cast, the visual and sound effects, the message,
and the cinematography of the movie is very outstanding. It is suitable for all ages and is a
family movie. If people haven’t watched this movie yet, they definitely should add this to their
movie list.

Brief Description:
These scenes typically show the sequence of Maleficent’s rage and sadness turning into love
in which she never thought would break her powerful curse. Because of Aurora’s love to
Maleficent, the forest kingdom brought back its original appearance and ambiance where the
unity of the two kingdom collides in the end.
