CERVICAL SPINE X-RAY, AP AND LATERAL VIEWS:

FINDINGS:

Seven vertebral bodies of cervical configuration are identified in proper anatomic alignment. The
vertebral body heights are preserved. There is mild loss of intervertebral disc space height at the
C5-C6 level. The atlantodental distance is preserved. There is no prevertebral soft tissue swelling.
There are anterior osteophytes at the C4, C5, and C6 levels.

IMPRESSION:

1. No acute fracture or subluxation.

2. Spondylosis.

THORACIC SPINE X-RAY, AP AND LATERAL VIEWS:

FINDINGS:

Twelve vertebral bodies of thoracic configuration are identified. There is 10-degree

dextrocurvature of the mid thoracic spine. The vertebral body heights and intervertebral disc
spaces are preserved. There is no acute fracture or subluxation.

LUMBOSACRAL SPINE X-RAY, AP AND LATERAL VIEWS:

FINDINGS:

Five vertebral bodies of lumbar configuration are identified. There are left pedicular screws at the
L4 and L3 levels. The vertebral body heights are preserved. There is moderate loss of
intervertebral disc space height at the L3-L4 level. There are facet hypertrophic changes at the
L4-L5 and L5-S1 levels. There is an incompletely-imaged right total hip prosthesis in place.
There is no acute fracture.
