• Apply hanging indention. This simply
means the lines following the first line in
an entry should be indented from the left
margin.
• All text should be double-spaced just like
the rest of the paper.
• Follow the sequence when writing the
names of the author: Last name, FN
initial. Middle name (if given).
• Capitalize only the first letter of the word
of the title and the first letter of the
proper noun.
• Arrange the references in alphabetical
order based on the last names of the
authors.
• Do no cut or add to the titles.
• For print sources, place a period at the
end of the entry.
• Put “n.d.” for sources with no date.
