E-Is it best for people to make decision on their own or to ask others for
advice? (Why/why not?)

A- As I see it, that merely depends on the context since if you don’t have
enough information to make a precise decision it is better to ask to
somebody who knows, and even more if it is a crucial one. Do you agree
with me?
B- Surely, I agree. It is important to recognize when one doesn’t have an
answer that somebody else might have. Is another opportunity to learn!
E-Some people think it is best to plain their lives carefully; others prefer to
make spontaneous decisions. What is your opinion? (Why /Why not?)
B- To my mind, I see life though leisure, therefore, I tend to enjoy life and
moments rather than being planning and thinking about everything so
thoroughly and stressing myself. We have to enjoy the present time. How
about you?
A- Sorry but I strongly disagree. That´s the opposite of my modus viviendi,
I lay out everything that I do. Not only that but also, I try to be ahead of
everything and even more if it is something related to future projects
because in this way you can prevent and diagram the thing prevailing for
what do you want.
E-Why do you think some people find it harder to make decisions than
others?
A- Well, it entirely has to do with personality. Where is people which is
prone to take place as leader other ones are prone to shrink and hesitate,
maybe because they feel challenges as a fear where the leaders recognize
them as opportunities to grow and thrive. What are your views on this?
B- I partially agree due to sometimes is something related to personality
when in other it has to do with lack of tools or knowledge. I mean, the
ones who feel secure of themselves maybe received a better education
and opportunities to be prepared for that situations while the rest maybe
want to fix it up but they can’t due to this reason.
E-Do you think people should work together to solve environmental
problems (Why /Why not?)
B- Well, as far as I’m concerned, if we want to take care of our planet and
be aware of what it damages it, national organizations must take action on
this since they have the budget, connections, and a worldwide policy to
change it. Do you agree?
A- I totally agree on this matter. I believe on defend our planet by this
method, and not only doing that but at the same time making people
aware of this and how they can change it by simple actions in their daily
lives.
E- How do you think young people can be helped to take responsibilities?
(Why /Why not?)
A- Nowadays, we are facing a challenging framework with youth where
they are not longer interested on serious matter or at least matter that are
not leisurable. We must encourage them to find the interests they might
have by new sources such as social medias and technology.
B- I agree. And I would like to add something, that the youth didn’t change
their view on responsibilities I think that it just changed the social context
and we have to attend it.
E- Do you think that people whose jobs involve making important decision
should by highly paid.
B- I don’t think so. I believe that all of us must be paid equally due to we
all provide services or products and we don’t have to be underestimated
by wages or payments but just do it for everybody in the same way. What
is your thought?
A- I couldn’t disagree with you more. That depends on what each person
does. This is to say, when you have to make important decision that
importance relies on the field or task that you are developing, thus, if its
consequences are important this means that you have to be more trained
and highly-qualified to do it. So that must be translated into a high
payment.
