THE STORY OF HALLOWEEN
Halloween has a long history, having been practiced for over 3,000 years. It
originated with the Celtic people, a polytheistic people who believed in many
gods related to animals and nature. They celebrated the three-day festival of
Samhain to commemorate the end of summer and the beginning of a new year
common symbols of Halloween include spooky costumes, carved pumpkins
(Jack-o'-lanterns), witches, ghosts and horror-themed decorations, which are
part of the fun and folklore associated with this date.On Halloween, people
usually dress up in costumes, decorate their homes with scary themes and take
part in activities such as trick-or-treating, parties, watching scary movies and
telling scary stories. The main idea is to have fun and embrace the spirit of the
date, which revolves around themes of fright and creativity
