(PRE-EMPTORY ACTION)

COMES NOW, the protester, by himself, and unto this Honorable CENRO
OFFICER OF DENR-CENRO, TALIBON, BOHOL, most respectfully avers:

1) That Protester, is a Filipino, of legal age, married, and a resident of

Anonang, Inabanga, Bohol;

2) That the subject matter of this protest is a parcel of land denominated as

LOT 000000, SITUATED AT ANONANG, INABANGA, BOHOL;

3) That the protester signify his objection to the Land Titling Application on
LOT NO. 000000 on the reason that the herein protester is the owner of the
said Lot.

4) That the protester acquired the said Lot by virtue of a sale which sale
however was not properly documented.

5) That the deceased seller _______________ who is the named owner as

per the Tax Declaration of this Lot and who is the Protester’s grandfather
sold the said lot in favor of the Protester, it was sold during the lifetime of
_______________, therefore he is the lawful owner who can dispose his
property even without the signification of her children;

5) That it is the agreement with the grandfather of the herein Protester,

_____________, that the protester will pay the loan her daughter named
_______________ obtained from the First Consolidated Bank of Bohol
(“Bank”) since her said daughter used one of the Lots of
_____________________ as collateral hence ___________________
strongly suggested that Lot 00000 is to be sold to the herein Protester so
that they will have money to pay the loan and the interest and was agreed
by both __________________ and the herein Protester.

6. That there was a written instrument executed for that matter wherein the
Protester let __________________ signed, however she refused to sign and
instead told the Protester to let her father __________________ sign since
it was ___________________’s lot and decision to sell the Lot. Thus the
Protester let ____________________ sign it and he did.

7) That to further prove the protester’s claim attached hereto are the
following documents to support the said claim:

i. Tax Declaration No. ________________________ attached and

marked as Annex “A” & “B”, respectively, to show that _________________
is the named owner of the Lot;
ii. Loan Account Information & Certification from the Bank to show
that ___________________ obtained a loan from FCB attached
and marked as Annex “C” and “D”, respectively to show that there
really was a loan she obtained;
iii. Bank’s (FCB) document enumerating the relative papers used for
the said loan attached and marked as Annex “E” to show that the
Lot mortgaged was in the name of _______________________;

7) That the herein protester respectfully submitting all the above-named

documents for further checking and evaluation;

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed before this Honorable

Department of Environment and Natural Resources (CENRO) Talibon, Bohol
to forestall the land titling application of the said Lot. Other relief that is just
and equitable are likewise prayed for.

5. That should I thereafter learn that the same or similar action or claim
has been filed or is pending, we would report such fact within five (5)

6. That I have signed this Verification and Certification of Non -Forum

Shopping shall further serve as a certification of the truthfulness of the
allegations in the Protest.
