Part II.
The Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), which is intended to evaluate any potential environmental effects of a proposed project, is
a crucial part of the planning process for project development. Before a project is approved, the environmental, social, and economic implications
of the project are identified and evaluated. It is used to assess the project's possible impacts on the environment, including the quality of the air
and water, wildlife, and land usage. It also aids in determining any criteria or mitigation strategies that should be integra ted into the project to
lessen the effects. EIA educate the public and decision-makers about the potential effects of a project under consideration. The planning process
can be made more accurate and effective by taking into account any potential environmental effects of a project. The outcomes of an EIA are
used to determine whether a project should be allowed or not, and if so, how it should be planned and managed to reduce impacts. The EIA can
ultimately aid in ensuring that any project development is carried out in a sustainable and responsible manner.
