    incident below:

    Reason Alleged breach of Article 37.5 of the FIA Formula One Sporting Regulations and
    Article 12.2.1.i of the FIA International Sporting Code - Car 63 unnecessarily
    impeding cars exiting the Pit Lane, and failure to comply with the Race Director's
    Event Notes (item 14, document 4), at 15:17.
