    Note to Teams
    Due to force majeure, the driver steward, Vitantonio Liuzzi is not available on Thursday 23rd
    November 2023.
    Under the authority of the Stewards under Article 11.9.3.q of the International Sporting Code, the
    Stewards amend Appendix 1, Part A of the Formula One Sporting Regulations for this Event and
    nominate Mr. Dennis Dean to replace Mr. Vitantonio Liuzzi for the above date.
