Once you have logged in, you will need to be sure that you are trading inside the

Prop account and not

inside the demo account that every SmartCharts 2 subscriptions comes with. If you are not trading in your
Prop account, any gains you make will not be recognised.

To make sure you are in the correct account, when you have signed in to SmartCharts, go to the broker
area (marked as Capital Index or ForexCFDs on the top right of the screen.

Your account screen will open. In the area where the accounts are shown, if the account is listed as a
DEMO account, you are not viewing your Prop account and so any trades you place will not be recognised.
To change this, click the down arrow to View All Accounts.

This will display a list of all of the accounts in this version of SmartCharts. You will need to select the
account that says PROP ACCOUNT.
Once you have selected the Prop account, SmartCharts will switch to this account and you will see it at the
top of your list.

You are now in the correct account and can commence trading as normal.
