Please Answer the below question below underneath each question. The question has two parts
and you have to answer both parts as different parts belong to different CO’s.

Question:
1)Identify some of the key implications of ethics and more elaborate them.specifically
computer ethics and briefly (CO1)

Answer:
Ethics is a set of moral principles that govern the behavior of a person or group of people.
Computer ethics is the software of ethical concepts to the usage of computer systems and
the Internet. Examples consist of moral highbrow assets rights, privateness policies, and a
few key effects of online courtesy or on line courtesy.

● The key to computer ethics is briefly discussed. With the advancement of


technology, the influence of computers and the Internet on society is increasing.

Copyright: Copyright is a form of intellectual property that gives authors exclusive rights
to publish, distribute and use. This means that no one can use or spread the ideas created
by the author without the permission of the author.

Plagiarism: Counterfeiting is the demonstration of duplicating and distributing another


person's work without legitimate reference. It resembles taking others' work and
distributing it as your own.

Crack: It is a way to bypass the system security function and break into the system. This
is a way to bypass the registration and authentication steps when installing the software.

Topics covered by privacy issues include hacking, data protection, etc.

Privacy: Illegal intrusion into a computer or network.


Hacking: Hackers can break into the security level of a computer system or network and
can gain unauthorized access to other computers.

Data protection, also known as information privacy or data privacy, is the process of data
protection, designed to affect the balance between personal privacy rights, while
authorizing data to be used for commercial purposes.

With the advancement of technology, the influence of computers and the Internet on
society is increasing.

Apply the same standards online that we do in public: in simple terms, this means that
society's values against hate speech and prejudice, child exploitation, child pornography,
copyright infringement, and other forms theft remain unchanged. We must also insist on
the values of courtesy, kindness, openness, and treating others with the same respect that
we hope to gain.

Refusal to authorize abuse and harassment online: Accept that current laws protecting the
rights and dignity of citizens apply online and update laws as necessary to reflect these
rights in the broader environment. Theft, harassment and bullying are however theft,
harassment and bullying.

Being a good netizens, applying on the web morals, and utilizing netiquette include:

Respect the privacy rights of offline employees: The information owned by the center of
its offline interaction must be respected.

Maintain the transparency of the information policy: By acting as an easy and quick
understanding that the consumer has damage using information to help him understand
the company, the company provides a clear medium and a self-esteem with what it has.
Improve consumer relationships.

Most Internet clients naturally apply a similar dependable regard to it online so they are
on the web and apply online morals essentially, and they are incredible netizens.

2)Discuss a professional context where you think an ethical decision needs to be taken.
What general ethical principles do you think should be applicable to take such decisions
and how to use them? (CO2)
Answer: Professional ethics are principles that guide people or groups to behave in a
business environment.Professional ethics like values determine how any person will
behave with any individual and organization in this situation

In terms of professional ethics, we will discuss the recent fire accident at the Narayanganj
Shezan Juice Factory. Thousands of people died in the accident due to the negligence and
negligence of the Narayanganj Shezan Juice Factory. If the 34-square-foot

factories were exhausted enough during construction, it wouldn't cause as many deaths.
In addition, when a fire broke out in the factory, many workers tried to escape, but could
not get out because the authorities locked the missing people alive. In this case, the
authorities must make professional ethical decisions. Ethical principles that should be
applied and how they should be used to make professional ethical decisions are
discussed.

The principle has some main components, and they are based on the following
principles:

(1) Everyone is equal

(2) When all people (through their positions) have the same opportunities and advantages
relative to the opportunities and burdens of society

(3) Fair decision-making practices, procedures, and agreements must be implemented


between the parties

(4) Those who harm others should be punished, and damage or injustice done to others in
the past should be compensated.

When reviewing the moral dilemma, an easy way to summarize this principle is to ask
about the proposed action or decision:

(1) Is it honest

(2) Correct

(3) Who was harmed

(4) Who will bear the consequences?

(5) Should be responsible for the consequences?


If leaders and related personnel take this issue seriously before making a decision, it will
be much easier to prevent such disasters and crises.

From the above discussion, it can be understood that this type of accident occurred
because the authorities did not abide by the principles of ethics. If they comply with
ethical issues correctly, such accidents will reduce losses and loss of life
