the General Manager of Comhold Services (Pvt) Ltd to be our true and lawful Agent and Attorney for
UNDP-ZWE-00584: Rehabilitation of Wanezi Dam, in Matabeleland South, Zimbabwe as and in our
name to represent Comhold Services (Pvt) Ltd in all undertakings at the Proposal and for the aforesaid
purpose in our name, to sign and lodge all documents which may be deemed necessary or desirable; to
alter and amend such documents; to attend wherever necessary and represent our interests and we
hereby confirm and ratify whatsoever said Agent may unlawfully do by virtue of this Power Of Attorney.
