Thereatter, they may enter the premises by using the turnstiles, vehicle barrier (IU) if they are driving and to other part of the premises by the access they are granted. User can choose to have duo authentication for those staffs that are driving, beside using IU as one of the authentication, add-on authentication will be using portable reader. ‘Worker/Contractor Every worker and contractor is to register their particular into the security access system prior to their arrival. Once they arrival outside the premises, the driver need to stop at the bus/lorry shelter to alight their worker before he procced to drive toward the vehicle barrier where the guard are. The guard will then use the portable reader to check access of the driver. The workers will proceed to the turnstiles for the access clearance and checking, 42 Surveillance CCTV System There will be CCTV cameras to deploy at the vehicle barrier and turnstiles to monitor for any unauthorizedillegal trespassing and any incidents happen. The guards can record any incident happen in the Electronic Safety Incident & Accident Tracking System. All cameras at barrier and turnstiles will be connected to the Network Video Recorder (NVR) at the Guard House as a standalone recording; the NVR will ink to the site office for another backup recording and central monitoring The boundary hoarding around the premise will deploy equally with PTZ cameras (wired and wireless type). The camera come with Pan-Titt Zoom feature, which allow user to pan-titt and even zoom (x30 optical zoom) to the area that he/she want to view. It is also equip with IR for night vision. Approx. every 16 nos of cameras will be connected to a NVR as a standalone recording in a weatherproof DB box with its accessories and it will link to the site office for another backup recording and central monitoring by fibre optic. cabling. North Staging Ground and TWRP are two different locations and far apart. The security solutions at North Staging Ground are standalone. It will be connecting to TWRP site office and server by internet connectivity (internet to be provided by owner). 3 | SMITECH ENGINEERING PTE LTD5.0 Contingencies Every electronic/equipment will have chances of breaking down when ageing, In order to have smooth operation during breakdown, we have contingencies plan for events that may occur like: a) Reader at Turnstiles breakdown - Guard to use portable reader to do access control b) PC workstation contain Access Control and Electronic Permit to Work breakdown - Data will be save as backup in localize server and cloud server, Guard to use a laptop to connect to server and work could be carry on as per usual ©) Data of Access Control, Electronic Permit to Work lost, other than breakdown issue - Data will be save as backup in localize server and cloud server d) NVR at Site office is breakdown = Standalone recording at site.
