The 15th Convocation is scheduled to be held during the fourth week (19th – 25th) of

NOVEMBER 2023. Hon’ble President of India has been invited to grace the occasion as Chief
Guest. The students who want to attend the convocation in person are required to fill the Google
Form using the link: https://forms.gle/Uk7cVFVnzG4hVHFP8 and depositing the refundable
security fee of ₹1200/- (Rupees Twelve Hundred Only) for the academic robes (Sambalpuri
Kurta/Kurti and Uttariya) in the account given below. The security fee will be refunded one day
before the convocation at the registration counter. The academic robes are non-returnable and
will be issued on payment of ₹1150/- (Rupees Eleven Hundred Fifty Only) one day before the
convocation at the registration counter from 9.00 AM to 3.00 PM. After convocation, students
will take the robes. The students are required to upload the proof of security fee deposit (in pdf/jpeg
format only) in the Google Form. Due to limited seating capacity, the convocation committee has
decided to accommodate 40% of the degree recipients on the basis of first-cum-first registration.
The registration will close on or before 10.11.2023 subject to the above mentioned seating
capacity.
