You are informed that you are placed under GENERAL wait list for admission into RGUKT six-year integrated programme
for the academic year 2023-24. The updated campus wise and category wise vacancy list will be placed on the University
website www.rgukt.in on 24th August 2023 after 23rd counselling is completed.
If you wish to participate in the admission counseling, you are informed to report at 7.00 A.M on 27th August 2023 in
RGUKT Nuzvid campus, Nuzvid, Krishna District, Andhra Pradesh. As more number of candidates have been called for
counselling, Admission is not guaranteed and RGUKT is not responsible for not getting a seat. It is completely your choice
to attend the counselling. You need to prepare to stay late in the evening and advised to plan your travel accordingly.
You are advised to visit the University website www.rgukt.in for updated category vacancy list on 24th August 2023 and
take a decision whether to attend the counselling or not. The vacant seats will be filled by the wait list candidates those
who are available at the time of counselling as per the merit, category and region (local or non-local). RGUKT is not
responsible for late reporting.
If you get an admission, then you need to produce the following documents at the counselling center. Therefore, you are
advised to bring the following documents while attending the counseling.
Documents to be brought for counselling (Five Sets of photocopies along with the original documents for verification)
1. Grade/marks sheet of 10th Class Board Examination
2. SSC Transfer Certificate (TC). However, in the event of admission already taken elsewhere, the candidate will be given
time to produce TC within a week giving an undertaking to that effect and the admission shall be held in reserve till then.
In such cases he/she has to produce a proof of admission in other institutions at the time of counseling.
3. Study certificates (from 4th to 10th Class)
4. Caste/Community certificate issued by the competent authority (Meeseva or sachivalayam)
5. Income Certificate (issued by competent authority) those who claim scholarship.
6. Four photographs of the candidate and parents (father & mother)
7. Ration Card, Aadhar Cards of the candidate, father and mother
i) PUC first year Tuition Fee of Rs. 45,000/- (Those who are eligible for fee reimbursement need not pay the tuition fee)
ii) Admission fee of Rs.1,000/- (Rs.500/- for SC/ST candidates) by all,
iii) Rs.1200/- towards group insurance (by all) (to be paid to the insurance agency by the University)
iv) Refundable caution deposit of Rs.1,000 (by all),
v) One time hostel maintenance charges of Rs.1000/-(by all)
