    To Whom It May Concern:

    This is to certify that spouses Leonilo P. Mabansag and Honorata D.


    Mabansag, both filipino, are resident of Barangay Minarog, Paranas, Samar.

    That the said spouses are the parents of Krizyl Joy D. Mabansag. Certifies
    further that the said spouses had no registered real property nor business established
    in the barangay and Leonilo P. Mabansag is a farmer with an income of five thousand
    a month (P5,000.00) with a total amount of sixty thousand (P60,000.00) in one year,
    while Honorata D. Mabansag is only a housewife.

    They are below family threshold and belongs to the indigent family in the
    barangay where he/she reside.

    This certification is issued upon the request of the interested party for school
    purposes and scholarship only.
