and become familiar with the concepts and the process in solving the problems.

LEARNING OUTCOMES:
At the end of the learning assessment, the students should be able to:
1. Apply critical thinking in analyzing the situation in the problems.
2. Convert values needed in solving problems.
3. Select appropriate formula in every problem.
4. Solve problems involving amount, percent, rate, and time.
5. Use mathematical results to guide decision-making

3. Substitute the given values in every symbol in the formula.
4. Solve the problem and round-off the final answer to two decimal places.
5. Write the conclusion to the problem with correct unit and value.

4. Maxene agrees to pay ₱10,000 at the beginning of every 3 months to discharge a debt due in
4 years. If the money is worth 7.5% compounded quarterly, how much does she owe?

5. In how many years will₱25,000 accumulate to ₱40,000 if invested at 6% compounded
