02. Be sure to submit the completed form for review as per instructions on eClass within the time allotted by FGSR for your
degree program. If you are an M.Eng. student and do not have a capstone supervisor, please either consult with the Associate
Chair Graduate of your department and/or select a career mentor through the U. Alberta Career Centre ($75 fee). For all other
students, please submit to your research/capstone supervisor.
