1. What course of study will you pursue at your chosen institution and why have you
chosen this field?

I have been wanting to be a radiology technician. I think that it is a very different job and
it is very neat learning about bones. They also get very good pay for a job that doesn't require a
lot of attention to do.

2. Briefly describe the school and community activities in which you have
been involved.

The school I am currently attending is York High school. I was only in two activities and
one of them was freshman year and it was ffa. Then my junior year I was involved in one act just
for one year and we won state runner up and it was a lot of fun to be a part of.

3. Give an example of someone whom you admire, and explain why you admire that
person.

One person I admire would most definitely be my mom. She is the best person for me to
ask for advice in school and always helps me when I have a question. One reason why I admire
her is because she went to school in Lincoln and went through nursing school while having two
kids at the same time and her balancing all that together was very important to her. That's what
makes me have a will to do anything and get through school even with other challenges ahead
of me.

4. Describe your life as you visualize it ten years from now.

What i visualize myself doing in ten years is doing radiology. Because i love the aspect
of doing xrays on people and seeing and knowing about all the bones in the body and it is nice
to know about all the different parts of the human body. But l really want to end up at a really
nice hospiatl in Grand Island, Omaha, or Lincoln.
