Tell me about yourself.

 First of all, I would like to thank the company for giving me the opportunity to be interviewed for the Café
Supervisor position today. My name is Aifa Lei-Ann Rose V. Reyes and all I can say about myself is that i'm a
simple person who wants to do anything but in a good way just to fulfill my dreams in life. A simple person who
is willing to sacrifice.
What are your strengths?
 I am honest, self-motivated and hardworking person. Also, I am quick learner and a great team player.
What are your weaknesses?
 I am sensitive, I trust people very quickly and I can’t say NO when someone ask for help.
Where do you see yourself five years from now?
 I would like to see myself as successful café supervisor in this organization.
Why should I hire you?
 I am sincere with my work and I would never let you down in any way. If you hire me, it will be great platform to
showcase my skills.
What are your short and long term goals?
 To pass this interview would be my short-term goal. To work good and grow more with your company is my long-
term goal.
Why do you want to work with our company?
 Ma’am, it’s a great privilege for anyone to work in a reputed company like yours. When I read about your
company I found that my skills are matching your requirement where I can showcase my skills to contribute to
the company growth.
Why do you want this job?
 This job can help me to improve my skills and gain more experience and grow with your company.
What is your salary expectation?
 Since I am a fresher, salary is not my first priority. But, I am expecting a considerable salary that suits my
position/job.
What can you contribute to the company?
 I guaranteed to provide my commitment, passion and dedication to the duties will be given to me.
If you fail in this interview, what do you think is the reason?
 I wouldn’t think I failed this interview, Rather, I would think that I may be Good but there is someone better than
me.
How do you handle pressure and stress?
 I am highly organized, and I prioritize my workload so that everything gets done on time and with high quality.
Which adjectives would you use to describe yourself?
 Resilient — thru experience I learned a lot, I fail but I learn and I grow, I keep moving forward, that’s being
resilient no matter how hard life is.
What makes you want to work hard?
 I want to see myself grow as a person and as a professional and at the same time, I want to reach all my dreams
including of helping other people. So that, I can use all the resources and even the platforms that I may have in
the future just to help other people.
What type of work environment do you like best?
 I want to work in friendly environment wherein it would treat me as their family not a competitor.
