EXTENSION FOR THE DURATION OF STAY - FOREIGN STUDENT OFFICER

1. The Graduation Ceremony of the Army School of Logistics (ASL) has been advanced
from 22 December 2023 to 13 December 2023. Nevertheless, the Foreign Student Officer
has already planned to return to Nepal on 26 December 2023 after the Graduation
Ceremony and the Viva Voce Examination at KDU on 20 December 2023.

2. Since the Student Officer will be participating for the Viva Voce on the said date, he
may require a time period to attend for further action pertaining to his MBA research work
during his stay in this country. Though, the Graduation Ceremony scheduled to be held on
the 13 December 2023, the duration of stay of the Foreign Student Officer required to be
extended up to 26 December 2023.

3. Further, the above Foreign Student Officer’s family members have planned to arrive
Sri Lanka on 20 November 2023 and stay at ASL until 26 December 2023. Hence, it is kindly
requested inform the Embassy of Nepal to make the necessary arrangements for formalities
pertaining to the stay for the Officer and his family members in Sri Lanka.
