To add to the existing state-of-the-art manufacturing plants, Havells has now started a world class Motor Plant at Neemrana
(Rajasthan). It is one of the largest LV Motor Plant in Asia spread over 42 acres and is manufacturing energy efficient motors ranging
from 0.12HP to 470HP.
The plant has a capacity of manufacturing over 20000 motors per month. The state-of-the art plant and machinery has been
imported from AEG Spain.
Some of the salient features of the plant and the product are :
• Largest single location motor plant in India
• VPI facility for VPI impregnation
• Automatic winding lines upto 250 frames
• Automatic plant drying & conveyorise station
• Automatic test plant upto 355 frame
• All critical operation are done on CNC machines
• Motors have 6 leads for VFD application
