be a little paranoid in certain situations.
She has the idea that people want to to
drink and eat too much. Although she is an
actor she is very timid and prefers other
people to deal with staff while on holiday.
She loves swimming. She hates crowds.
She does like to try new things, especially
food.

Sheila is from an elite family and was
educated in the UK’s top schools. She
cannot resist correcting people. She is a
total perfectionist and always goes to
the best hotels. She has expensive
tastes. She has eaten in some of the
best restaurants in the world. She
always leaves big tips if she is happy
with the food but will complain if things
are not how she likes them. She loves
shopping.
Clare . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
Clare is a supermodel and is considered
one of the world’s most beautiful women.
She speaks 5 languages fluently. She has
plenty of money. However, she doesn’t
like to spend cash unless she needs to.
She doesn’t eat or drink much but she
loves to meet new people and, as such,
you will often see her in the hotel bar
drinking a glass of mineral water.

Darren is a successful businessman and
the third richest man in the world. He is
not afraid of trying new things. He was
rescued from his yacht when it ran into a
storm. He bought a new helicopter for
the Coast Guard the next day to say
sorry. The year before he climbed Mount
Everest with his wife and to celebrate his
birthday party.

Harry is a very popular politician and
always travels with a lot of people. He
always wants things to be exactly as they
are, through his secretary. He is a regular
church-goer and goes to bed early. As such
he dislikes noise. He doesn’t like surprises.
He never leaves tips as he thinks hotel and
restaurant staff salaries are not his
problem. However, he will pay extra to get
what he wants. He always has a smile on
his face and he has an infectious laugh.

Gary is a top football player. Several times
he has been arrested for fighting in discos
and his friends have had problems trying
to get him released because of his
attitude to authority. He loves to dance
and he loves the bachelor lifestyle but he
doesn’t like to be alone. He loves going to
the gym and likes chatting to the people
there. He doesn’t drink and only eats
organic food. However, he often finds it
difficult to make up his mind on what to
eat.
