INGREDIENTS

STEW FISH

2 tbsp of vegetable oil


1 onion
10 single garlic chopped
All purpose seasoning
Thyme
Rosemary

STEPS
1. Let the pot hot before adding 2 tbsp of
vegetable oil, cut onions and garlic to fry until
it's golden brown.
2. Add ¼ water, boil then add fish, let it look.
3. Serve
INGREDIENTS

SUGAR COCONUT CAKE

3 cups grated coconut


3 cup brown sugar
3 tbsp grated ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups water

STEPS
1. Put 2 cups of on the stove on medium heat
2. Add 3 cups of sugar to the water and let
dissolve.
3. Leave to boil, until small bubbles pop up
4.Add coconut, stir
5. Add 3 tbsp of grated ginger,cinnamon and
nutmeg.
6.Leave until bubble, do not boil
7. Remove from the stove and add vanilla
essence.
8.Put on parchment paper to set until dry
9.Serve
INGREDIENTS

INFUSED WATER

¾ cup pineapple juice


½ cup pure coconut water
½ tsp pure ginger juice

STEPS
1. Combine the pineapple juice,
coconut water, and ginger in a
mason jar filled with ice. Shake well,
taste and if needed, add a bit of
honey to sweeten.
2.Fill small, chilled glasses with lots
of ice and razor thin sleeves of lime.
Pour the pineapple and coconut into
the prepared glasses.
