    Success Entrepreneur

    Succeeding as an entrepreneur takes hard work & persistence because, unfortunately,

    there is no business-start-up fairy who magically bestows success on small business & their

    owners (Torres, 2017).

    Be mindful of your attitude. The attitude of the founder will set the tone for the business.

    Negativity, laziness & waste time and money can tarnish your bus. reputation (Eckersley, 2019).

    We should agree that success largely depends on making mistakes & accepting blame in stride.

    Love what you do. Passion is key to keeping a business strategy moving. Half-

    heartedness in an entrepreneurial endeavor will chip away at your drive to succeed. As stated

    by Kinsley and Swan (2017), perseverance is the 1 thing that is guaranteed to move anything

    over time, whether it is a person, a job or an entire company.

    Learn from others. Successful entrepreneur often work for others in them of choice

    before striking out their own. Spending a few years in the industry under an excellent mentor

    will provide a good launching pad. Learning from your predecessors mistakes & brainstorm

    about how to improve upon their model.
