Guidelines
1. Part 1: Given an RFP (Request for Proposal) for the Health Fitness System (available on BB),
develop a proposal. Name your submission as “Team xx – HW2a.pdf”, where “xx” is your project
team number. (due week 11)
2. Part 2: Develop your own evaluation criteria using an Excel sheet. (due Week 13)
3. Each team will evaluate all proposals (including your own) based on the evaluation criteria you
developed. Use an Excel sheet to do the evaluation. Name your submission as “Team xx –
HW2b.xlsx”, where “xx” is your project team number. (due Week 13)

Note: Students will have to work in teams (the same project teams) in this homework.

Submission
Along with the final proposal submission, you need to submit a separate file that shows your
document's content table with one column (e.g., #1, #2 etc) for each team member to specify each
team member's contribution in each sub-section. The total of each row should be 100%. In addition,
you need to specify the contribution in developing the evaluation criteria and the evaluation of other
proposals. An example is given below:
