Department of State Migration Service of Ukraine in Odesa region on July 21, 2015, registered at
the address: Odesa city, Udilnyi lane, building 4-A, by this power of attorney, on the basis of a
previous verbal agreement, authorize Barva Iryna Anatoliivna, born on May 10, 1963, passport
KK 316780, issued by the Primorsky DD of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the
Odesa region on July 14, 1999, registration number of the taxpayer's registration card
2314022947, registered at the address: Odessa city, Udilnyi lane, building 4-A, to be my
representative in all state bodies, executive power bodies, local self-government bodies, in all
organizations, enterprises and institutions regardless of the forms of ownership and subordination,
in particular in the State Service of Sea and Inland Water Transport and Maritime Traffic of
Ukraine (Maritime Traffic Administration) and the State Enterprise “Service Center of Sea and
River Transport’’ (SE “Morrichservice”), on issues governed by the Resolution of the Cabinet of
Ministers of Ukraine No. 1499 dated December 30, 2022, including, but not limited to,
submission of applications, certification of copies of documents, obtaining qualification
documents, with all the rights granted by law to Barva Danylo Viacheslavovych, with the right to
receive relevant resolutions of the official bodies.
Whereof, the representative has the right to: submit, receive, sign applications and other
necessary documents; settle appropriate payments (fees) and perform other actions in order to
fulfill the powers assigned to him; submit appeals and applications to relevant bodies, enterprises,
institutions and organizations; sign documents and perform other actions necessary to exercise the
powers under this Power of Attorney; submit or receive certificates, resolutions, orders, decrees,
documents and their duplicates, letters, requests, other documents drawn up as a result of actions
taken under this Power of Attorney and sign for their receipt, as well as carry out all other actions
related to this Power of Attorney.
The power of attorney is issued without the right to delegate powers to third parties for a
period of three years and is valid until ___ unless it is terminated before the specified date by
cancellation in accordance with the requirements of civil legislation, about which I will notify the
