    Order No. 20.03.2023

    2. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement.

    2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned

    counsel for the State.

    3. Learned counsel for the State submits that in the

    meantime, the order dated 22.12.2022 passed by this Court in

    CRLMP No.2541 of 2022 has already been complied with.

    4. In such view of the matter, the grievance of the

    petitioner has been redressed.

    5. The Contempt Proceeding is accordingly dropped being

    disposed of.
