YB Ventures Berhad acts as the investment holding arm to consolidate a wide array of industries, aiming to play a

In the technology arm, Tech Base Solution Sdn Bhd, we served the market since 2006 as one of the Malaysia

Whereas for the manufacturing arm, Yi-Lai Industry Berhad is the exclusive tiles Manufacturer founded over 3

Founded 3 decades ago, Yi-Lai Berhad had started to develop into a major household name in construction,
renovation and interior decoration, which is now under the umbrella of YB Ventures Berhad. We consistently
provide a wide range of high quality ceramic, homogeneous and porcelain tiles for use across vastly different
projects for residential, commercial and industrial Developments.

With the purpose of enabling each division to be functioning professionally, as well as to increase efficiency, we
had diversified the tiles business into 3 major division via 3 subsidiaries, which are:

1. Manufacturing – Yi-Lai Industry Berhad

• Division that manufactures all products under the Yi-Lai umbrella, Inclusive of R&D, production as
well as distribution.

2. Sales & Marketing – Yi-Lai Marketing Sdn Bhd

• Division that manages all Sales & Marketing activities of all products under Yi-Lai umbrella in
Malaysia.

3. Export & Oversea Division – Yi-Lai Trading Pte. Ltd.

As the extension towards the manufacturing arm range of high quality ceramic, homogeneous and porcelain
tiles, Talos Living Tiles aim to be the innovative functional products that change our everyday lives, especially
indoor air quality.

Throughout the R&D process, we found that the air pollution is a key concern to the quality of living in many
parts of the world. While many efforts are being made to solve the air pollution outdoors, the air quality of our
