The Counsel for complainants states that the promoter is sending the notices to the alottees giving them last opportunity to deposit the demand raised and is threatening to cancel the unit despite the order passed by the Authority dated 13.02.2023 wherein the promoter was retstrained from cancelling any allottment where initial allotment price of 25% has already been paid. The counsel for complainants requests to direct the promoter not to cancel any unit of any allottee and provide the list of all allottees along with the addresses and contact numbers. The counsel further requests that the promoter be directed to submit account statement of each allottee. | The counsel on behalf of the promoter states that they have not cancelled any unit in the project after the directions passed by the Authority and also regrets for the language of demand notices | issued by the promoter and assures not to repeat the same in future. The counsel further requests 3 days time to submit the roadmap for the timely completion of the project and submits that the’ Authority may impose any reasonable conditions to monitor the project, The counsel states that they intend to complete the project and hand over the units to the allottees within time. The counsel for complainants agrees to the submission of roadmap for the completion of project within 3 days.
