Project Mahira Homes 104 Proceedings recorded by Sh, Ram Niwas PROCEEDINGS OF THE DAY ‘The respondents were directed vide order dated 22.08.2022 to deposit the amount diverted | from RERA Account within a period of six months. The counsel for the respondents stated that an amount of Rs. 15.53 crore has been deposited against a total amount of Rs. 41 crore which was due to be brought back in the RERA Account. He further states that an application for extension of the period to deposit the balance amount in the RERA Account has been made to the Authority on 10.04.2023. The respondent is directed to give a schedule stating when the balance amount shall be deposited in RERA account and a copy of the schedule be provided to the counsel for the complainant within a period of one week. ‘The counsel for the complaint states that the complainants are ready to pay instalments provided that the dedicated account is under the supervision of this Authority and the expenditure from that account is made purely on account of construction of the project. The AR and counsel of the respondent also have no objection if any monitoring officer or committee is constituted by the Authority for overseeing actual physical progress of the project at site on regular basis.
