Biotech Versical Filters incorporates the Istest technology and
hhas special features for efficient performance. Pressure Sand
Filters are meant for increased flowerates compared to Gravity
Sand Filters and can treat water of turbidity upto 50 PPM.
Fine grade of quart fier sand ensures trapping of suspended
solids elfcienly. ‘The sand bed is supported by other graded
fier media through which water uniformly flows. Biotech
Activated Carbon Fiers are more extensively used for removal
‘of trace organics, odour and coloue. The water is first allowed
to pass through a bed of activated carbon of predetermined
grade and then through different layers of filter media, thereby
removing turbidity, dissolved matter and colour,
