5 Things every woman wants her man to do.

1. Protection This basic fact is getting diluted with time. Modernization and woke
culture are attacking the beauty of a man-woman relationship. Physically men
are stronger than women.
Thus it is a man's duty to make his woman feel protected and secure. He should
be strong enough to deal with the threats which come on her. A woman who lives
under a man's protection is strong and blessed. Be her protector.

2. Commitment When a woman falls in love with a man she truly surrenders
herself to him. With marriage the woman leaves her world and accepts to live in
her man's world. This is a supreme example of trust and love.
No woman can truly love a man who she can't trust with hi commitment. If a
woman is willing to live the rest of her life with you on your terms. She deserves
your commitment, love and support.

3. Be the Man in her life. A woman's femininity is strong and unstable. She often finds herself stuck in
her own feminine chaos. This is where she wants you to man up, hold her hand and take her out of it.
She wants you to be assertive and have strong ethics.
She wants you to be her support when she needs you. Be the rock which protects
her from the storm of her emotions. Have unshakable strength in your beliefs
and always be ready to lead. She will love you for it.

4. Be her guide in life. Introduce her to new things. Teach her new ways to live
life. Help her discover a different version of herself. Guide her through things she
is struggling with in her life.
Always know more than her, be more experienced and wise. Know more things
than she does and teach her how to do things. She wants a leader and a man who
is better than her. She depends on you for your guidance and support.

5. Be better than the prince she wanted to marry in her childhood dreams. I will
give this straight to you. Be rich and give her a life she once dreamt of living.
Provide her with the stuff she needs and wants.
But do not fit in the image of that stupid prince, in most cases he is a simp. Be
yourself, be disagreeable to things you don't like Don't be afraid to say no. Don't
chicken out to enforce your dominance and leadership.

Be the man she needs, not the one she wants. Some women may disagree with
the content in this thread, but they all love it when it happens to them.
The hardest man alive: David Goggins. I've read his book. Here are 10 lessons
you can use to become the ultimate badass.

1. The truth may hurt. And most of the time someone else telling you what you
need to hear won’t cut it. You need to tell yourself your truth. “Call yourself out!”

2. Don’t fluff your truths. Don’t use euphemisms. If you see an overweight person
in the mirror and aren’t really okay with it, tell yourself you’re fat. Period. “It’s
okay to be unkind with yourself in these moments because we need thicker skin
to improve in life.”

3. If you don’t have the ideal home environment or natural talent to help you
develop strong self-confidence, use personal accountability to keep moving
forward. “[Personal accountability] brought me self-respect, and self-respect will
always light a way forward.”

4. Everything in life is a mental game. Whenever you’re facing adversity or a

challenge, no matter if intellectual or physical, remember that if you quit, you’re
probably doing it because you’re not mentally strong enough. Prepare yourself
mentally. Always.

5. Master your insecurities to get ahead at any game. Hiding or denying your
insecurities only makes them stronger and you weaker.

6. “And never forget that all emotional and physical anguish is finite! It all ends
eventually.”

7. Go hard and give it all, no matter how defeated you feel. “… Because the ticket
to victory often comes down to bringing your very best when you feel your
worst.”

8. You’re not a victim of your circumstances. Your life is simply a training ground.
"If you choose to see yourself as a victim of circumstances into adulthood, the
callous will become resentment that protects you from the unfamiliar.”

9. Self-doubt is practically inevitable. Forget about removing self-doubt from

your mind completely and focus on learning how to fight it back instead. “You
can tolerate doubt as a backseat driver, but if you put doubt in the pilot’s seat,
defeat is guaranteed.”

10. Use bad experiences as fuel. “Going forward it became very important for me to rehash my life
because when you examine your experiences with a fine-toothed comb and see where your issues come
from, you can find strength in enduring pain and abuse.”
