Sub: Offer of Engagement for Internship

Further to the GD and subsequent discussion we had, we are pleased to extend this Offer of Engagement as “Intern-
Market Research Analyst” with our organization effective from 9th January, 2023. We believe that this offer of
internship will not only provide you with a unique opportunity to further develop your professional career but also
enable you to contribute significantly to our organization.

We expect that you will put your best efforts and use your skills and knowledge in carrying out this internship
professionally and hope that this with help in enhancing and strengthening our organizational capabilities.

This internship assignment is based on the following:

1. Compensation: During the period of your Internship assignment, you will be paid an honorarium stipend
of Rs. 1,500/- (Rupees One thousand five hundred only) per month.

2. Period: Internship shall be initially for a period of 4 months , if need be, the same can be extended for
further period as may be deemed fit , on mutual consent between both parties.

3. Company Expectations: During the period of internship, you are expected to broadly carry on the following
assignment and or any such assignment as may be given to you from time to time:
a. Work on assignments related to IT related Work and/or any other business related task/research
work given to Interns from IT Team of Medyseva
b. Assess and Analyze existing software, basic IT related work as may be assigned by Team from
time to time.
c. Work closely with IT Team and support IT Documentation and QA.
d. Potential Suggestions on Area of Improvement based on working and observations of IT Related
work.
4. Work Expectancy (Number of hours per week): 20 Hrs a Week. Virtually on all working days-except
Saturday. Saturday interns are expected to be physically be in Medyseva office for internship.
5. Reports and Research Work: You are expected to submit Work Report on Weekly Basis without fail and
would be required to submit final Project Report along-with your findings, suggestions and all related
research data etc. collected, analyzed during Course of Internship for MedySeva.

You are requested to sign and return the duplicate copy of this offer of engagement letter and arrange to report for
starting your internship work on 9th January, 2023.
