Job Description:
1. Sourcing and screening potential candidates from effective usage of Internal
System / Database, Job Portals { Naukri / Monster}, social networking, Job
Postings etc) Postings vacancies on portals, And Networking within time
frame mapping the Resumes against the Requrimentand Match the profile of
the candidate on technical grounds.
2. Excellent Sourcing Skills from Professional Networking Sites, Blogging, Social
networking sites.
3. Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media etc.
4. Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to
filter candidates within schedule.
5. Access applicant's relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
6. Provide analytical and well documented reports to the rest of the team.
7. Meeting daily & Weekly targets by submitting quality candidate for our clients
various vertical Projects
8. Building good relationship and reputation with each candidate for long term
association.
9. Coordinating interviews on call for the shortlisted candidates.
10. Sending daily performance report to the HR Manager.
11. Duration of Internship 60 Days.
