HR Generalist: -

 Prepare Employee Database.


 Completion of on boarding of new employees in SAP HR system.
 Maintaining personal files of all the employees.
 Probation Feedback and issue conformation and extension letters based on
Probation Feedback Form.
 Separation activities (Exit Interview Form, Full and Final etc.).
 Prepare monthly HR MIS.
 Maintaining personal files of all the employees in the office.
 Distribution of appraisal forms, prepare increment sheet, Increment and
Promotion letters.

Training and Development

 Organise DOJO training for new associates.
 Conduct Test, identify the qualified and disqualified associates, and line
allocation.
 To maintain the DOJO record of all associates.
 To prepare Skill Matrix of associates in consultation with functional heads &
ensure regular OJT’s as per the Training calendar.
 Formulation of training calendar on the basis of Training Need Identification.
 Conduction of Training, taking nominations & finalizing the trainees list.
 Evaluation / Feedback regarding quality and content of training Programs.
 Measuring Effectiveness of Training program immediately by test and after 3
months of training imparted through on the job observation by superior.
 Maintaining Individual training record.

referencing from candidates, Headhunting, Cold calling, Mass Mailing.
