Organisational Experience
Since Sep.’15 with Inox Wind Pvt. Ltd(GFL Group), Noida as Deputy Manager – HR
Formulating, implementing and articulating strategic HR plans & policies aligned with organizational goals
Conducting workforce planning and talent acquisition plan that covers profile screening, interview questionnaires, selection
criteria, compensation benchmarking & background checks PAN India

On-Boarding
Background checks for prospective employees after rolling out offer letter to them.
Making on-boarding for new employees a memorable experience by ensuring:-
That new joinees go through a well designed and informative induction program.
Giving a new employee a temp id card, access card and employee code.
Opening or mapping bank accounts of new employees.
Ensuring appointment letters are issued within 48-72 hours to a new employee.
Payroll
Getting monthly inputs from admin and collating the same in the HR payroll input.
Finalising and validating monthly payroll inputs to the payroll dept.
Ensuring that error free payroll is processed and employees get their salaries on time.
Performance appraisals
Initiating company-wide performance appraisals for eligible employees.
Finalising compensation report after ratings and recommended hikes to be given to employees as per their ratings and company budget.
Taking approvals from management to finalise and conclude the performance appraisals.
Giving increment letters to appraised employees with new salary structures.
Resolving post-appraisal queries of employees.
Exit management
Ensuring all exit related formalities are completed on last working of an employee.
Settling account of an exited employee within 30 days of his/her exit along gratuity payment (if applicable).
HR Policy
Maintaining HR policy, procedures and processes and updating them from time to time.
HR Audits
Working closely with quality team for internal and external HR audits.
Employee engagement
Initiating company-wide employee engagement activities and reward & recognition scheme.
Organising monthly birthday celebrations and yearly events like rewards.
Conducting town halls for employees with CEO.
Taking other necessary measures to curb attrition thereby increasing employee retention.
Employee relations
Addressing employee grievances and sorting employee issues in coordination his/her HOD.
Ensuring full support from HR dept to employees to make them work in an efficient manner.
Maintaining office decorum and ensuring that disciplinary measures are taken for defaults.
Trainings
Making a yearly training calendar for internal and external trainings.

Ensuring proper management of employee records to ensure quick retrieval when required.
