SPECIFICATIONS:
• A minimum of 07 (seven) years working experience as DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER;
• Efficient enable in the field of personnel management;
• Must have capability for the development & implementation of operational methods & procedures;
• Record of personal integrity.
Assistant general manager (Admin)

Reports To: General Manager


Supervise: AEC, It, Office Peon, Mali, Cook, Care Taker, Store Keeper, Sweeper, Store Coordinator, Assistant
Store Keeper, Driver

Job Specifications:

• Bachelor Degree (4 Years course) or BBA major in Marketing / Management (4 Year course) or MBA major in
Marketing / Management or Master Degree in Arts / Social Science / Science.
• Candidates must have one first division /class/ CGPA 3.00 out 4.00 or GPA 3.50 out of 5.00. No third class/
Division of equivalent grade is allowed.
• Computer Literacy is a must
• Age: Maximum 30 Years.
• Must successfully complete and qualify training courses of REB and PBS policy instruction 300-51 or any other
for the position to which the incumbent is presently employed

AGM (HR)

Reports to: General Manager

1.Job Specification:

 Bachelor Degree (4 Years) or BBA in Human resource Management.


 Candidates must have one first division / CGPA 3.00 out of 4.00 or CGPA 3.50 out of 5.00 and
minimum second division. No third Class or equitant grade is allowed.
 Computer Literacy is a must.
 Age maximum 30 Years.
 A minimum of 10 (Ten working experience (on regular) ass enforcement coordinator in PBS subject
to fulfillment of the following requirement.
scope of responsibilities:

The AGM (HR) often represents the PBS and senior General Manager, and in collaboration with the
Deputy General Manager and AGM (HR) plans and coordination’s the work progress of the technique and
personnel administration in order to implement the development of the PBS.

Functions and duties:


 Develops methods for application of internal audit principles to all management functions of the
PBS.
 Receives routes and files correspondence reports and documents.
 Ensure supervision and monitoring of vendors activities regarding PBS.
 Develops methods for hiring employee
 Develops best HR Strategy for Organization
 Forecast current and future situation and suggest solution for that
ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER (FINANCE-REVENUE)

POSITION & REPORTING: Assistant General Manager (Finance-Revenue) will be posted in the PBS Head Quarter
and will report to PBS Senior General Manager/ General Manager or Additional General Manager.

SUPERVISES: Personnel of Billing, Collection, Disconnection & Reports.

JOB SPECIFICATION:

• Bachelor Degree (4 years course) in BBA/ MBA with major in Accounting / Finance.
OR CA (Intermediate)/ CMA (Intermediate) with Bachelor Degree in commerce background.
• Candidates must have one first division/ class/ CGPA 3.00 out of 4.00 or CGPA 3.50 out of 5.00 and minimum 2
second divisions/ Classes / CGPA 2.25 out of 4.00 or CGPA 2.50 out of 5.00 in other examinations.
• Computer Literacy is a must.
Assistant General Manger Engineering & Construction

Reports To: Senior General Manger / General Manager/ Deputy General Manager

Supervise: Junior Engineer, Assistant Junior Engineer, Line technician, lineman grade 1,lineman grade 2,
lineman grade 3.

Job Specification:

• Graduate in Electrical Engineering (EEE)


• Candidates must have one first division/ class/ CGPA 3.00 out of 4.00 or CGPA 3.50 out of 5.00 and
minimum 2 second divisions/ Classes / CGPA 2.25 out of 4.00 or CGPA 2.50 out of 5.00 in other
examinations.

• No third division or equivalent grade will be allowed

• Computer Literacy is a must.
