Duties/Responsibilities
Training & Development:
1. Conducting both Virtual & Physical Training
2. Identify & assess present & future training needs through job analysis, career path, annual performance appraisal &
consultation with line managers.
3. Preparing annual Training plan & Training budget.
4. Deploying a wide variety of training methods for different wings of sales & customer service.
